The soundproofed rooms ensured a restful night's sleep, which is crucial for weary travelers like myself, while the charming decor, featuring original paintings, added a delightful character to the space. I was particularly grateful for the staff's kindness; they went above and beyond, even helping me recover a lost necklace, which speaks volumes about their attentiveness and genuine care for their guests. The location, just a short walk from the city center, combined with a bus stop right outside, made exploring Bilbao incredibly convenient.
